The meeting discussed how to encourage more people to volunteer as walk leaders. There was a proposal to provide specific training bushwalks for walk leaders. If you are interested in volunteering to lead walks, there are some fun adventures specifically for potential walk leaders coming up - so reach out and email us if you are interested in further details. The club membership fee will stay the same- $40 \[from July 2024 to June 2025\] New committee members were elected for the 2024-2025 term. Molly Hoey will be the new president, Keith Dyson will remain treasurer, and Cherry Judge will stay on as secretary. Location will be emailed to participants. Walk Description: This is a one day bushwalk along the Bambaroo Track to Insulator Creek canyon. What we will see are amazing giant fig trees as we walk towards Insulator Creek Falls. How long: I am estimating this to be a 6- 7 ish hour day.
